I have not yet met Dr Doshi but her PA is wonderful. I do not like to wish anyone bad. But today The girl in the front receptionist was very rude . we are not in your office because we want to we do not have a life with this arthritis they have a life they have a job. I am very depressed with my situation , but the girl was trying to reject me today because I did not have a mask I forgot it and that’s one of my biggest issues is forgetting right now I’ll be more than happy to pay a dollar for a mask if they have any. I was going to reschedule schedule but a patient offered me one . she called me back to the desk and told me I owe $25 for not showing up last month i called and cancelled I was not feeling well and told them I would call to reschedule in which I did and rescheduled for today. With her attitude next time for me to call Back and reschedule . I told her not to be rude I did call back and rescheduled that’s why I was here today they also called me and asked if I wanted to come for the injection on the 16th I said yes I would like that but after today I’m not sure she consistently told me that I had to pay $25 and I told her I wasn’t paying it because I did my part that’s why I had appointment today and she said well next time and that was rude of her to talk that way to me to even go on and say well next time you need to call us to cancel I would really appreciate it if you or the PA would give me a call back today or tomorrow the last time I was here was the same thing with her she’s very rude at what she does I understand office is very busy, but that’s no need to give us attitude I believe your services are great but your front desk needs some customer service training.

The ultrasound attendant really friendly, kind and caring. Upon my observation she’s familiar with her work. She’s tidy too, she make sure that the premises clean.she’s truly professional on her designated work.
